IMPORTANT COMMUNITY NOTICE - 12/1/2006

The 2007 Budget has been approved by the Board of Directors - No Increase in Monthly Assessment

 Dear Doral Lakes Resident(s): 

The Board of Directors unanimously approved the 2007 operating budget during the November 21, 2006 Board of Directors meeting.  The great news is that the monthly dues will remain at the 2006 amount.  In this day of every increasing costs in insurance, power, wages and disaster recovery, maintaining the current level of assessments is not an easy feat.   This has been accomplished through the continuous oversight of our financial condition by our Treasurer, Mary Aderholdt, along with the superior leadership demonstrated by our President, Norm Parsons, coupled with the selfless dedication and support of the Board of Directors, and several of our homeowners. 

You will be receiving your coupon books shortly with a hardcopy of the 2007 budget.  If you would like to see a preview click here.

A newsletter has been put together by our brilliant Communications Chairperson and Director, Mario Molins.  Click below for the English or Spanish version.  If you rent in our community, and do not receive the newsletter, we will publish it here on the website, and leave copies at the guardhouse for you to pick up.
